TMS is pleased to announce that Marc Richard, Finance Consultant, has earned Associate Massachusetts Certified Public Purchasing Officer (MCPPO) for Supplies and Services Contracting status. This distinction is given by the Inspector General’s Office to applicants who complete the necessary training and pass a rigorous exam. Mr. Richard currently provides TMS business management services to the Greenfield Commonwealth Virtual School and TEC Connections Academy (TECCA), Massachusetts’ two fully online virtual schools.
