Mark Richard, MCPPO

Senior School Business Administrator

Marc Richard comes to TMS with over 20 years of experience in personnel management, business operations management and project management in the financial services and food and beverage management industry, including a position as Director of Information Technology. Marc also taught high school history in the Holyoke Public Schools.

Marc has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History with a concentration in Secondary Education and a Master of Business Administration from Assumption College. Marc holds project management certification from Worcester State College and has completed leadership training from Boston University. Mr. Richard recently earned Associate Massachusetts Certified Public Purchasing Officer (MCPPO) for Supplies and Services Contracting status. This distinction is given by the Inspector General’s Office to applicants who complete the necessary training and pass a rigorous exam. He has also completed the requirements for national certification as an Administrator of School Finance and Operations.
